– Medical degree and Master’s degree in Acupuncture from the University of Barcelona (UB).
– Past President of the Spanish Society of Integrative Health and Medicine (SESMI).
– President of the Complementary Treatments Section of the Barcelona Medical Association (Col·legi de Metges de Barcelona).
– Founder and Secretary of the non-profit association “Acupuntura para el mundo” (“Acupuncture for the World”), which aims to train healthcare professionals in developing countries in acupuncture and provide medical care to vulnerable people in Spain. The association currently provides medical acupuncture services to people at risk of social exclusion.
– Physician and Medical Director at ENERGIMED, an acupuncture and integrative medicine centre in Barcelona founded in 1986.
– Board member of the European Society of Integrative Medicine (ESIM).
